All sales are final. Exchanges may be available for size issues if the item is unused and in original condition. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours for a replacement or store credit. No cash refunds. Contact us for assistance.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Exchanges for Size Issues

  • If the size doesn’t fit, we may offer an exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
  • The item must be: Unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
  • Requests for exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images showing the defect or incorrect item.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange: A replacement for the same item. Store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Returns for defective items must include all original packaging and tags.

4. No Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds for any reason.
  • Approved cases (such as defective or incorrect items) are eligible for exchange or store credit.
